Published about 30 studies in the local and international scientific journals. The theme of the majority of these studies is child growth and development as well as child nutrition and nutrition assessment as a scientific school adopted since the mid 80s. Now, he is one of the most experienced Egyptian scientists in this field. He is the principle investigator of many research projects in the fields of biological anthropology, child growth and development, diabetes and osteoporosis.
