nutrition, food science and health monitoring (the
“Austrian Nutrition Report" 1998 and 2003 and
currently 2008; the European Nutrition and Health
Report 2004 and currently coordinator of the ENHR II
project); and more than 500 publications in
international scientific journals and as submissions
to scientific conferences.
Editor of
Annals of Nutrition and Metabolism and the book
series “Forum of Nutrition” (formerly Bibl. Nutritio
et Dieta).
